The portfolio includes cottages, family homes, estate homes, garages, and guest houses, based on classic design principles developed through years of experience. These plans are intended to provide well-thought out homes that can be built in neighborhoods, small towns, or even rural settings.
Many of the designs in this collection began as prototypes for traditional neighborhood developments or as idea houses before being released as pre-designed plans. Our Town Plans, LLC was founded as a division of Historical Concepts and continues to offer house plans drawn from that background in traditional residential architecture. The plans are presented as complete construction document sets, not simplified stock drawings. Each design is offered as a pre-designed plan with a complete set of construction drawings included.
