Romantic and picturesque, Sutton Place delightfully surprises. Its full two-story height makes it look deceptively large. Various projections create shadows and give the facade definition.
From the entry, the center hallway opens up the house. A formal living room and study are defined by elegantly trimmed cased openings. The family room and sunroom share a double fireplace. For the gourmet cook in the family, a large, light-filled kitchen with island cooktop allows for plenty of workspace.
The master bedroom upstairs offers an adjacent sitting room for a quiet retreat and includes a spacious bath with double vanities. Ceiling heights are 9 feet on the main level and 8 feet upstairs. The CHK Architects Residential Design Studio in Silver Spring, Maryland, designed this plan for the American Traditions Series.
