Our favorite details of the Woodbury Place include the deep front porch framed by stacked stone columns, and a screened porch tucked just off the side of the home.
Living and dining rooms share a double-sided fireplace that adds warmth and character to both spaces. The U-Shaped kitchen comes complete with an island and is totally open to the dining room, serving as the heart of this cottage and making the space feel like one cozy room.
The screened porch can become an extension of the dining room, or it can offer a place of private retreat and act as a connection to the outdoors.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has its own seating area filled with windows, a private bath and a large walk-in closet.
