Description

The simple, carefully detailed exterior is shingle siding with stucco accents, and a standing-seam metal roof underscores the regional look. Despite its cottage character, the floor plan contains many features found in much larger homes. The thoughtfully planned interiors make the most of light and space, and the front porch and rear deck expand living areas to the outdoors.
