Description

This 1.5 story design is efficient to build using the attic space for living, while maintaining a humble street façade with the appearance of a single story. The home has larger bedrooms with walk-in closets and a full master suite (complete with soaking tub) located on the ground level.

All of the areas above the eaves on the second level can be converted to conditioned storage, making up for the lack of a basement in the Coastal Florida applications. There is a sitting room on the second level to allow family members a place to retreat from the crowd, or for use as a home office.
