Description
The Georgia River Farmhouse is a two-story home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths arranged across 2,386 square feet. The exterior features classic lap siding, a steep roof pitch, and generous porch space that gives the home a welcoming farmhouse feel. With 1,664 square feet on the main floor and 722 square feet upstairs, this plan balances open shared spaces with private rooms for family, guests, or quiet retreats.
Inside, the main level centers around a large living room with a fireplace, connected to the dining area and U-shaped kitchen. Two small nook areas add flexible space for a desk, reading chair, or extra storage. The primary suite is also located on the main floor and includes a walk-in closet and direct access to the screened porch. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms are served by a full bath with an additional TV room and sleeping porch which extends the upper level outdoors. The attic space offers additional unfinished space, making this farmhouse plan both charming and practical for everyday living.
