Copper Springs is a 1,640 square foot home, featuring two bedrooms and two and half baths situated on a single level. A covered wraparound porch adds an additional nearly 800 square feet of living and entertaining space, and is accessible from the master bedroom, as well as both the living and dining rooms. Board and batten siding and a simple roof pitch give the exterior a clean, familiar look that suits a range of settings.
Inside, the main living area features a fireplace and is open to both the kitchen and a dining room, for seamless living and entertaining, while the kitchen island creates a clear separation of space. A hallway leads to the secondary bed and bathroom, which includes a walk in closet, then continues to the primary bedroom at the side of the house. The primary bedroom features a walk in closer and master bathroom with a double sink and shower.
