Description
At first glance, Claremont appears to be a simple yet elegant, traditional home. Enhanced with Southern-style touches, its sturdy stucco and stone exterior opens to a surprisingly expansive interior of just over 3,800 square feet. Curves and turns throughout the interiors create a contemporary appeal that is both functional and attractive. From the two-story-high foyer, a balcony overlook adds architectural interests as well as volume at the entry. In the kitchen, the curved work island accentuates both the breakfast bay and the bay of windows located in the adjoining family room.
