Perfect for a lakeside lot, the Azalea, from our Cottage Collection, offers all the comforts of home with efficient use of space. William H. Phillips, Jr., of Dauphin Island, Alabama, designed this house on a crawlspace foundation with a wood siding exterior and 9-foot ceilings. The foyer leads to a hallway with powder room and utility closet. There is a central living area with fireplace and sliding glass doors that open onto the back deck. An L-shaped counter separates the kitchen from the dining area. Upstairs, two bedrooms are connected by a bathroom. The plans for this cottage include an optional fourth bedroom or storage space on the second floor.
