Designed for a narrow lot, the elegant, small house allows formality and function to work together. And its simplicity and use of standard material specifications make the design affordable. Architects J. Carson Looney and Bradford K. Shapiro of Looney Ricks Kiss Architects, Inc., of Memphis were recipients of a 1996 Southern Home Award for this design.
