    DESCRIPTION

It's the touches of late Colonial styling that make this house special. Formal symmetry, the arched window on the second story, and a steeply pitched gabled roof strengthen the traditional impression. A porch with a simple balustrade spans the front, while a Chippendale railing crowns the porch roof.

The floor plan features large rooms with tall windows and French doors to brighten the interiors. The dining room, sunroom, and kitchen/breakfast area border the rear deck. Accessible from the dining room and sunroom, the deck adds a contemporary touch as well as extra outdoor living space. Working drawings include plans for an attached garage with bonus space above.
