DESCRIPTION

The exterior of this garage is wrapped in a combination of both board and batten and shake siding in a contemporary interpretation of coastal shingle-style architecture. Its exposed rafter tails add a hint of casual charm. The metal of the main roof is repeated in bracketed overhangs that protect garage door openings and the side entrance to the garage. An exterior stair allows private entrance to the guest suite through a screened porch on the upper level. In addition to a full bath and closet the suite includes a full kitchen and separate dining area.
