    DESCRIPTION

The Southern Living 50th Anniversary celebration continues as we introduce you to our 2016 Southern Living Idea House, located in our hometown of Birmingham, AL.

Set in the beautiful Town of Mt Laurel, designed by local architect Bill Ingram, and built by Bryan Phillips of Town Builders, Inc., this year’s house celebrates traditional Southern design with modern detail.

Our five extremely talented interior designers, Amy Berry, Ashley Gilbreath, Lauren Liess, Margaret Kirkland and Mark D. Sikes (all members of the Designer Network!), were given pages from past issues to inspire their selections.

Set to open at the end of June, this house is sure to leave you swooning.
