Comfortable and expansive in the tradition of many historic, coastal cottages, our St. Phillips Place offers an engaging blend of country comfort and formal architectural styling. The double-pitched roof is of standing seam metal. Parapet walls at each end of the main body of the house follow the lines of the steeply pitched roof and give a sense of strength, while reinforcing the distinctive coastal look. Designed by Watermark Coastal Homes of Beaufort, South Carolina, this plan features a vaulted foyer, 10-foot-high ceilings on the main level, and 9-foot-high ceilings upstairs.
Also available, Eastover Cottage (plan number SL-1666) offers an alternate exterior design. The floor plan is reversed and modified slightly, while architectural details and materials blend to create traditional and timeless appeal. Both designs feature overall dimensions of approximately 56-feet by 63-feet allow flexibility for easy siting in either an in-town existing location or in most any new, Traditional Neighborhood Development.
