Description
The Hunting Island Cottage is a two-story home with three bedrooms and two baths arranged across 1,357 total square feet. The main floor includes a living room, dining area, and kitchen with an island. The living room sits at the front of the home with direct access to the porch, while the dining area is positioned nearby for a simple main-level flow. The primary bedroom is also located on the first floor and sits near the full bath.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms are positioned on opposite ends of the floor. A full bath sits between them near the stair landing. Each upstairs bedroom includes closet space, giving the second floor a straightforward layout for family members, guests, or a dedicated work area. The exterior features lap siding, a 12:12 roof pitch, and a front porch that spans much of the home’s façade.
