Honeysuckle Hill House Plan

This traditional house enjoys just as much popularity today in suburban neighborhoods as its predecessors did in early 20th-century America. Shutters, window boxes, columns, and a balcony add a graceful air to this wood-frame jewel.

The latticework entry, suitable for growing a fragrant vine, opens into a two-story foyer flanked by the formal dining and living rooms. Most first-floor rooms offer 9-foot ceilings. French doors in the living room lead to the family and breakfast rooms. The adjacent kitchen connects to a back hall, which serves as both a butler's pantry and a point of entry from the garage.

Featuring four bedrooms and three baths, the second floor provides a retreat for the family. The master bedroom suite features two large walk-in closets, a linen closet, and a spacious master bath.
