DESCRIPTION

The Maplewood offers a craftsman style with a fun element that extends its overhangs to protect and cover the wrap around windows in the front study/bedroom. “We wanted to introduce and design a ‘fun’ element that takes the traditional modern craftsman to another level”. The Main Hall creates a Foyer effect that expends to the rear Kitchen which is not visible from the front entry. this simple and ver functional floor plan provides everything for one level living with a minimal second floor that can be expanded under the roofline if more space is required.
